Each Source Book ^TM thus also becomes an historically important document of the metalsmithing and aesthetic trends, as well as a rich source of biographical information about the artists themselves. Each CD-ROM also has a very large resource directory of Suppliers to the trade, Organizations, Publications, as well as extensive listings of galleries and retailers of fine jewelry.

Metal Arts Source Book II ^TM also provides a number of full length technical articles on Platinum, Precious Metal Clay, Reactive Metals, and Multiple Casting in addition to articles on Marketing, Retail Presentations, and Public Relations. A separate Hallmark Directory contains more than 100 contemporary metalsmithing artists’ photos or renderings of their hallmarks as well as their names and addresses. 

The Source Books ^TM have been distributed free to more than 750 fine jewelry stores and craft galleries in the USA, and to selected shops in Canada, Europe and Australia. MASB1 is available for $12.99 and MASB2 is available for $14.99.
